John Martin, CCIM, is a principal and vice president of brokerage with Moses Tucker Partners. Mr. Martin is responsible for oversight of the firm’s brokerage activities and currently serves as the project leasing agent for over 1 million square feet of office space. Mr. Martin has 20 years of commercial brokerage experience and has worked at Moses Tucker Partners for 17 years. Mr. Martin has been the project leasing agent for more than 3 million square feet and has represented three of the office high rise buildings in Downtown Little Rock, including Regions Center (550,000 SF), Union Plaza (235,000 SF), and Bank of America (268,000 SF). Mr. Martin has executed over 4.5 million square feet in transactions in Arkansas. Mr. Martin has represented Fortune 500 companies, institutional owners, and he currently serves as the real estate advisor for two nonprofit organizations and a charter school. He focuses primarily on landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Martin has been actively involved with the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the office advisory board of the Central Arkansas Data Exchange, which reviews the office market and releases quarterly reports for Central Arkansas. He is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member and an active member of the Little Rock CCIM chapter. Active in his community, Mr. Martin currently serves as Chairman on the Foundation Board for World Services for the Blind and co-chairs the Little Rock Financial Quarter Task Force for the Downtown Little Rock Partnership. Mr. Martin earned a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration degree in finance and real estate from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Martin also specializes in landlord representation, tenant representation, and offices.
