John Madures
During his 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, John has leased and managed several hundred thousand square feet of property, including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial warehouses and vacant land. At Divaris, John has received sales and leasing production awards for seven of the nine years he has been with the company. Previously, he was a director at GVA Advantis where he was a member of the Million Dollar Team in 2005. He also received the Top Five Richmond Brokers Production Award in 2006. Prior to that position, he completed 18 years in engineering and technical services with Philip Mrris International and Sasib Corporation of Bologna, Italy. In 1987, John formed GSP Corp., a Richmond industrial supply company that was honored by the Chamber of Commerce in 1991 and 1992 as one of the fastest-growing companies in Richmond. The company was sold in 1995. John and his family have lived in Midlothian, Virginia for over 35 years.Madures holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and attended the University of Richmond’s graduate studies program.
