John Leffler

John joined Western Retail Advisors in 2022 as a Senior Associate based out of the Irvine, California office. Born and raised in Orange County, he has in-depth and detailed knowledge and familiarity with the surrounding areas. Before joining WRA, he spent 14 years as a residential real estate agent and broker at GateHouse Properties where he won the top producer award five times. He co-owned his brokerage before joining GateHouse Properties. Prior to his real estate career, John co-owned a retail mortgage bank with 220 employees and nearly $100 million per month in production. He worked his way up the mortgage industry, where he began his career as a file room clerk and telemarketer and then a senior underwriter. This vast experience gave him tremendous knowledge where he was able to learn all facets of the business.
