John La Prise

Based in the firm’s Radnor, Pennsylvania office, John La Prise is a Senior Associate with Advisory & Transaction Services. In this role, John works closely with team members Sean Bleiler, Jake Terkanian and Mike Barker, providing strategic supply chain real estate solutions for distribution, retailer, ecommerce and corporate clients in Eastern Pennsylvania and the I- 78/I-81 Corridor. For account business, the team focuses on multinational, U.S. based corporations who have locations globally. Prior to joining CBRE, John spent four years in the Toronto Blue Jays organization. A native of Exton, Pennsylvania, John graduated from the University of Virginia. After graduation, John spent 2 years with CBRE’s Retail Services in Philadelphia before transitioning to Industrial. In his spare time, you can find John on the golf course, ski slopes, and eating at various restaurants with his fiancé, Rebecca. John currently resides in Downingtown, PA.
