John Koonce

John focuses on landlord and tenant representation, market analysis, and development. In 2002, he was named one of the Triangle’s Heavy Hitters, a designation given by the Triangle Business Journal to successful commercial brokers. John has worked with institutional and civic clients, national retailers, mom-and-pop businesses, and local landowners. From 2021-2022, he completed over 70 commercial leasing and sales transactions worth over $70,000,000 while maintaining an inventory occupancy rate of 97%. John manages the brokerage division and assists with business development for the company. He is Vice-Chair of the Raleigh Board of Adjustment and former Chair of the Raleigh Appearance Commission.
