John Kohnstamm
With over three decades of commercial real estate experience, John Kohnstamm, SIOR, has a unique ability to help his clients identify investment opportunities for their portfolios and businesses. John Specializes in helping his clients both efficiently acquire and sell commercial properties. John joined Capacity Commercial Group as a Principal and Partner in 2005. From 1998 to 2005, John was the Managing Director for Colliers International here in Portland where he significantly grew the operation. Prior to moving back to his native Portland in 1998, John worked for Grubb and Ellis as both a manager and office broker in the Washington DC and Boston markets. John has received numerous industry awards from SIOR, NAIOP and CAB for his transactions including a multi-office consolidation for Moss Adams LLP and a major office portfolio disposition for SKB.
