John Kerr

John has been with York for over 30 years. As Senior Vice President of the commercial division, John focuses on the successful strategic growth of the division, co-management of the brokerage team and in providing excellent service and proven results to clients. John has developed a strong general brokerage practice with an emphasis on tenant and buyer representation for users and investors and facility disposition for corporate clients. He has also represented many Landlords and owners in the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina. John has strong relationships with many of the top brokers and leaders of other Triangle CRE companies and is a recognized leader in the market. John still enjoys the challenge of calling on new strategic clients for both his own brokerage business and for York Properties. In a service and relationship oriented business like commercial real estate, John is an effective communicator with both clients and brokers alike.
