John Kardelis

After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 1996, John joined The Polacheck Company as an intern. From June 1996 to December 1997, he worked with municipalities on various issues concerning land zoning, utilities, access and easements. In addition to his responsibilities with municipalities, John also handled the commercial portion of Polacheck's annual Market Survey. In December 1997 John assumed the position of Real Estate Associate in the Commercial division. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Southeastern Wisconsin Commercial Board of Realtors.
