John Kabucis

John has been employed by three notable companies. Prior to forming LINKS Corporate Realty Ltd. in 2002, he spent 6 years at the world’s largest commercial realty advisor, CB Richard Ellis Limited as an Associate Broker. Mr. Kabucis achieved the company’s highest honor as the top performing agent in SW Ontario specializing in investment sales and retail leasing. Before joining CB Richard Ellis, John was a corporate real estate executive for two of Canada’s most recognizable retail chains, Home Hardware and The Oshawa Group Limited. He directed the acquisition and development of the Home Building Centre program across Canada, a venture which demanded huge capital investments and uniquely affordable sites. In his capacity as Director of Store Development with Oshawa Foods, Mr. Kabucis conducted all lease and sale negotiations for the procurement of suitable locations for various supermarket banners in SW Ontario.
