John Jennings

John Jennings is a Vice President with Catalyst Retail. With the drive to succeed, Mr. Jennings is focused on making sure every client is represented for their individual best interest. Prior to joining Catalyst Retail, Mr. Jennings formerly a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, served on a team with over 15+ years of experience throughout the Inland Empire after his time with Lee & Associates. At Catalyst Retail he will focus on retail brokerage and advisory services. Jennings is experienced in retail (Tenant Rep/Leasing/Sales), managing mixed-use buildings, and brings a background as a business analyst. John entered the field of real estate as an intern in 2009 for Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego. John then went on to work for Bootstrap Incubation in Solana Beach, CA as a Business Analyst intern where he learned financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis of portfolio investments. Coming back to real estate, John managed a mixed-use building, which exposed him to both commercial and residential real estate, helping him pick which focus he wanted to pursue.
