John specializes in lease transactions for industrial properties, investment sales and large industrial building sales. A key factor that separates John’s performance from the competition is teamwork. John and his team provide effective management of real estate for some of the region's most recognized tenants and landlords. The team has participated in the sale of approximately nine million square feet of industrial, office and retail space, as well as the sale of more than 700 acres of land zoned for industrial and office use. On the leasing side, the partnership has completed approximately 150 industrial transactions over 10,000 square feet, for a total square footage of 3.87 million square feet.
