John Hunter

John formed JHS in 2009. From 2005-2009, John was a director at ProTen Realty Group, a tenant representation firm in Chicago. Prior to his work in Chicago, John worked as a leasing agent, building broker, and property manager for a mixed use development firm in New York. As a third party manager, John worked for RD Management in New York, one of the top 30 retail owners in the United States. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, John was a symphony clarinetist with the orchestras of Barcelona, Buffalo, and Syracuse. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the prestigious Eastman School in New York and a masters degree from DePaul University.
