John Hsu

John has been involved in the real estate industry since 1988. He is the Officer of STC, overseeing all operations and designing its overarching strategy. Under John’s leadership, STC expanded rapidly and became the first Asian firm in the country to receive the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation. STC now manages a portfolio in excess of $1.5 billion of commercial properties in Southern California.
