While matriculating through Georgia State University’s inaugural class of the Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate program, John joined the King Industrial family in 2019. He began as intern researching industrial properties and market data, before transitioning to being a Sales Associate at the beginning of 2020. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation, while staying particularly active in the I-85/N Doraville and I-75/N Marietta corridors. John works to ensure that his clients understand both sides of the deal so that no value is left on the table when transactions are executed. He is forwarding thinking and dedicated to promoting innovation in the uses of GIS software, UAV tech, and Creative Cloud applications within the industrial real estate industry. John was also an Adjunct Professor of History at Georgia Military College. He currently resides in Midtown Atlanta where he is an advocate for digital learning, martial arts, and commercial real estate development. He is also the proud son of Sen. John and Lydia Horhn of Jackson, MS. John’s high attention to detail as well as his previous background in servicing leading research and policy institutions will be an asset to King’s industrial real estate team.
