His expertise and experience includes the complete real estate process from initial land search, project positioning, strategic leasing plans and disposition. John has successfully negotiated over 1,500 leases and sold over 30 properties totaling over 1.4 million square feet. John is ingrained in the local communities of Encinitas (resides) and Carlsbad. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, John was with Colliers International.
