John Head

John has been selling real estate on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for 26 years, dedicating himself to the profession full-time. He began his journey with Midgett Realty in Avon in the fall of 1998, subsequently founding his own company, The Head Agency, with the assistance of his wife, Julia, in the fall of 2000. This venture evolved into Century 21 The Head Agency in 2005. In July of 2013, John and Julia decided to return to their roots, transitioning to a small boutique firm specializing in helping clients fulfill their dreams of owning beach homes or investment properties. With over two decades of experience, John utilizes his skills to guide buyers and sellers through the intricate process of owning or selling property on the Outer Banks. He takes pride in offering unbiased professional advice, particularly in the realm of property rentals.
