I began my career in real estate in 1980. My main focus is the exclusive representation of tenants and buyers in real estate transactions. Because of my narrow focus, I have become an expert in this area, consistently saving my clients 20-30% off their occupancy cost. Because we are not landlord brokers, we do not push the properties we manage on to the clients we represent, and being free from conflict in interest has greatly benefited the clients we work with.
