Throughout his 20-year career at CBRE, he has consistently been one of the top brokers in the Seattle area marketplace and has completed industrial sales and leasing assignments with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $600 million. Mr. Gilliland is an innovative, progressive and determined broker, supporting his clients’ overall investment strategies. Mr. Gilliland was involved from the ground up in the design process, lease-up and sale of Cedar River Corporate Park, Washington’s first speculative LEED-certified development. He was selected by The Boeing Company to exclusively represent them in the disposition of a 250-acre industrial land parcel involving multiple land and build-to-suit transactions, including the sale of two speculative buildings and additional transactions totaling over $60 million. Mr. Gilliland exceeded their expectations by selling the land in less time and at a greater price than had been anticipated.???
