He also had positions in new development lease-up and managed leasing activities for large student housing communities. In his first year at Kiser Group, John closed 250 units with a total sales volume of $23 million. He also facilitated “The Beverly Collection,” an 85-unit transaction. John earned an undergraduate degree in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Michigan State University – Eli Broad College of Business. John enjoys golf, exploring Chicago’s new restaurant scene, staying fit at East Bank Club, and passionately watching the Detroit Lions.
