Through a strategic approach to asset positioning, market knowledge and focused marketing initiatives John and his team deliver leasing results to our owner clients. John has spent 30 years in the commercial real estate business in both management and brokerage roles, and is well versed in property management, asset management, parking management and managing tenant and capital construction projects. John has led large and diverse teams across all property asset classes and is experienced in business development. He is well connected nationally and deeply connected in Western Canada to occupiers, brokers and owners of commercial real estate and leverages these relationships to yield results for our clients. John is well known and respected in the real estate community and the greater overall business community. He is a regular contributor to the Canadian Real Estate Forum and various industry organizations.
