John Fondale

John Fondale is a Senior Vice President focusing on the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Stockton / Sacramento, California, area. He specializes in industrial sales and leasing for local, regional, national and international clients. His expertise in manufacturing and distribution space and his background in market research have led to successful representation of both Property Owner and Tenant clients. Prior to joining the Sacramento office, John was with TRI Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. since it merged with Sylva-Kirk & Company in 2000 and Sylva-Kirk since 1988. Throughout his career, John has completed over 780 successful sales and leasing transactions throughout the Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Land Use from California State University, Sacramento, CA. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and on the Board of Directors of the Northern California Chapter of SIOR (2010 Chapter President). He is a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and a member of the National Association of Realtors. He is a former member of Rho Epsilon and their Alumni Chapter, a business/real estate fraternity at CSUS. John’s awards include: Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE)’s Industrial Broker of the Year for 2007 and ACRE’s coveted “Broker’s Choice Award” for 2001, voted on by his peers as the best and most ethical broker to deal with. He has been nominated for ACRE’s Sacramento Industrial Broker of the Year 9 times and has been honored as the top-producing agent in the Sacramento TRI Commercial and Sylva-Kirk offices 10 years.
