John Fletcher

John is a RICS Registered Valuer who has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for nearly 20 years and has considerable experience in providing consultancy and valuation advice and disposing of sites and properties throughout the region. John has specific expertise in agency, valuation, investment and development, including both lease and freehold disposals. John also provides advice to local authorities on a number of large regeneration projects, including a number in our local Town Centre. John part owned and helped grow a large multi disciplined property company growing to a regional and semi National business employing over 100 people, with departments covering all aspects of property from commercial to residential sales and lettings to overseeing the auction department and assisting with the survey department. John has a Masters in Property Management and development and retained many clients for numerous of years due to his hard work and dedication.
