John Finnegan is a senior vice president with the AZ LandSource Team at Colliers, specializing in the sale of land. John develops relationships between buyers and sellers, establishes the basis for negotiations, and manages the transaction process. The team also includes Chaz Smith, senior vice president; and Ramey Peru, vice president. The AZ LandSource Team has a history of success, with more than 60 years of combined experience. They are committed to a team approach, which always puts their clients’ needs first. Each member has unique competencies that increase value in the different stages of every transaction. John has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2000, and joined Colliers International in 2006. He was previously with NAI Horizon, where he specialized in land sales.
