John has assisted a wide variety of industrial tenants including 3PL’s, manufacturing, auto suppliers, and construction companies with leases, lease renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions. His additional work has included representing tenants’ interest in development projects in the Heartland as well as site selection around the country. In the past two years, John has completed over 2 million square feet of industrial transactions totaling $100 Million in value.
