But he measures his success by some of his more challenging transactions: the sale of a 185,000-square-foot building in Valencia to Chick-fil-A for its lemon processing facility; consolidation of Sunvair Aerospace Group’s machining and plating facilities into a 75,000-square-foot building located in Santa Clarita; consolidation and expansion of CC Wellness into a 214,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility located in Santa Clarita; the sale of an 88,000-square-foot building in Newbury Park to Taft Electric company for relocation of their corporate headquarters; and the sale of Cotton Medical Center in Pasadena, comprised of two mid-rise medical office buildings of approximately 115,000 square feet, to Meridian Property Company.
