John Erck

John Erck is a co-founder and Partner of Junction where he specializes in land and industrial brokerage and investments. Prior to Junction, John was at Lee & Associates – Houston where he quickly rose as a leader within the office, being promoted to Director after only a few years with the firm. His work ethic and discipline, coupled with the required education and deal experience led John to earn his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation early on in his career. In 2019, along with Partners Reed Vestal and Taylor Schmidt, their team was awarded the prestigious NAIOP “Industrial Deal of the Year” Award for their work on the 132-acre Weiser Airpark transaction, now better known as Weiser Business Park. The Weiser Airpark deal was also awarded REDNews’ “Most Significant Sale Transaction” finalist honors the same year. In 2019, John was recognized by NAIOP as a finalist for the “Industrial Rising Star” award. Erck has earned a spot on the Houston Business Journal’s (HBJ) Heavy Hitters list as a top Land Broker in the Greater Houston area each of the last four years (2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023).
