John Dottore

John Dottore is a Partner in the Orlando office of Atlantic Retail, opening its first office in Orlando in 2022 with Partner Suzanne Washburn. Joh spent his formative years in Naples, Florida and moved to Orlando in 1984, graduating with a degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida in 1989. John began his brokerage career in Orlando in 1989 as a project leasing specialist and transitioned to Tenant Representation after joining CBRE in 1991. John Joined TSCG in 200O, opening its 1st Orlando office and in 2004 became TSCG's Florida Operating Partner responsible for the management and operation of the company’s Florida Division while continuing his brokerage activities focused on strategic planning and implementation of expansion programs for national retail chains. John has extensive knowledge of all markets in Central North and West Florida and enjoys very good working relationships with local, regional and national developers who operate in Florida. John is frequently recognized for his innovation and creativity in finding new ways to present and communicate market data to his clients through extensive use and knowledge of GIS mapping and market research.
