To date, he has executed nearly 8M+ SF of sales and lease transactions representing nearly $2.5B in value. With an intense focus on understanding his clients’ operational, functional and fiscal needs, John adds value to their real estate decisions by developing strategy, mitigating risk, performing financial analysis and executing transactions. He has executed a wide range of transactions including land, data center, medical clinics and surgery centers, contact centers and billing operations, and local, regional and headquarters office assignments. Prior to joining CBRE, John spent 10 years at Trammell Crow Company. John also spent 10 years with The Miller-Richmond Company, an Atlanta-based boutique brokerage firm.
