John DeWolfe

Mr. DeWolfe is a Senior Vice President, Retail Leasing for Sterling Organization. He is based in Chicago and oversees leasing of Sterling’s retail properties in the Midwest Region and also assists the acquisitions team in sourcing off-market investments and analyzing acquisition opportunities. Mr. DeWolfe has over 20 years of experience in shopping center leasing. Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. DeWolfe was a Director of Leasing at Kimco Realty for over a decade where he oversaw the leasing of approximately 3 million square feet of retail space comprised of power centers and neighborhood, grocery-anchored centers. Mr. DeWolfe also worked with DLC Management and Tri-Land Properties where he focused on leasing. Mr. DeWolfe earned a B.A from University of California – Riverside and an M.S. from University of Wisconsin – Madison, and he holds an Illinois Real Estate License.
