John Daciolas

John Daciolas joined the Southern California office of Newmark in 1999. As senior managing director, Mr. Daciolas specializes in the sale and leasing of office property in the Southern California market. Over the course of his career, Mr. Daciolas has established a formidable reputation as a recognized industry expert in the representation of tenants, landlords and users in the marketing, disposition and leasing of income producing property as well as acquisition services for both private and institutional investors. His experience, reinforced by his in-depth knowledge of local markets, enables him to exceed his client’s objectives in both landlord and tenant representation. He has brokered commercial real estate transactions in excess of $500 million. Mr. Daciolas has a broad and extensive background in real estate. He entered the real estate industry as the financial manager/controller for a national real estate syndicator, moving to a financial management position, progressing to a regional portfolio manager position with Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc., handling a commercial real estate portfolio in excess of three million square feet covering three counties, with disciplines including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, construction and asset/property management. Mr. Daciolas has held other asset management positions with Birtcher Real Estate Group and Davis Partners.
