John D'Orazio

Teaming with David Bercu and Jonathan Kohn, principals in Colliers International’s Industrial Advisory Group, John specializes in assisting owners and tenants in the leasing, sale and development of industrial properties. He focuses his work primarily in the O’Hare and I-90 submarkets, giving his clients extensive market knowledge. Since joining Colliers in 2014, John has been involved in over 90 transactions valued at more than $100 million in consideration and totaling over 3 million square feet. He began his real estate career as a commercial broker with McLennan Companies, where he worked with owners, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the Chicago area. Prior to working in real estate, he spent more than 15 years in the networking equipment industry working for Tellabs and Marconi Communications. He held senior-level positions in sales, product line management and mergers and acquisitions, working on both domestic and international assignments.
