John Czarnecki

Mr. Czarnecki specializes in office transactions by providing landlord representation, tenant representation and investment property sales. Prior to joining Apex Commercial, John was an office associate at a local commercial real estate firm. Preceding real estate brokerage, John pursued a career in marketing and sales which included product development and web-site development. Mr. Czarnecki is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a Bachelor degree in Advertising, Marketing and Sales. He has completed CI 101, the first of four classes to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). CCIM’s are Realtor specialists in commercial property development, tenant representation, brokerage and investment analysis. John is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin.
