John Cramer

For over 25 years, Mr. Cramer worked for public and private real estate companies including holding the position of Managing Director of Asset Management for Winthrop Realty Trust, a NYSE publicly traded REIT, where he oversaw the performance of over $6 billion of commercial real estate across the US and managed many strategic acquisition, disposition and securities transactions. Mr. Cramer has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Bentley University and a MBA from Northeastern University. He is a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker. Mr. Cramer enjoys spending time with his family and volunteer work for various town committees and the Boy Scouts.
