John Cohlmia

John Cohlmia serves as a principal at Newmark Robinson Park. He joined the company upon graduating from The University of Kansas in 1985. Mr. Cohlmia began his real estate career with Newmark Robinson Park at a time when Oklahoma was experiencing a challenging economic climate on multiple fronts. He found his niche working with restaurants and retail clients looking to reposition themselves in a difficult market. His clientele of shopping centers and retailers continued to grow, and today he is recognized in the industry as a premier restaurant and retail broker in Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro. Mr. Cohlmia is also directly involved in developing single-use retail and restaurant projects. He shares much of his market knowledge with other brokers throughout the southwest who aspire to become CCIMs (Certified Commercial Investment Members), a designation he has held since 1996.
