John Christon

John is a Senior Vice President with Venture Commercial. His experience covers more than twenty years of commercial real estate and includes Tenant, Landlord, Seller, Buyer Representation, and Property Management. John worked with his father, Jim, in the family real estate business. In that time, John worked with the City of Dallas on property that was replatted, rezoned, and sold to Wal-Mart. John grew his career and worked with McDonald's as a Real Estate Representative for thirteen years. He implemented a five-year development plan in Dallas, Collin, and Denton counties through East Texas. John won company awards for selling excess properties and the number of new deals signed and opened. Also, he was part of a team that won the national "Development Team of The Year" three times. John is a lifetime member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and served on the Parish Council in various capacities. John is married and has two sons.
