ABOUT

John Bucher is a Principal Partner of Madison Street Partners. Mr. Bucher has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience in Southern California and is a California Department of Real Estate Licensed Broker. He has successfully negotiated over 3 million square feet of office space and his clients are from a wide array of industries such as law, technology, accounting, real estate, healthcare, printing, media and education. Mr. Bucher exclusively represents corporate tenants and buyers of commercial real estate. His expertise covers all aspects of tenant representation, including lease acquisitions, lease renewals, early lease restructures, and property acquisitions. He is involved in every step of the transaction including strategic planning, site selection, business term negotiation, financial analysis, and lease negotiations. A sample list of Mr. Bucher’s clients include: CBIZ, Inc., UEI College, ExpoMarketing, Phoenix Audio Technologies, Western Resources Title, Neuland & Whitney APC, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Quality Sound Communications, Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C., and International Education Corporation. Mr. Bucher attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and has actively participated in the Orange County Big Brother/Big Sister Program for fourteen years. Mr. Bucher resides in Newport Beach with his wife and two children.
