John Bowman is a lifelong resident of the Shenandoah Valley. He was raised with a strong work ethic on the family farm west of Harrisonburg, and he began his career in sales in the family auction business at an early age. John has been selling as a professional auctioneer for 30 years. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with degrees in Agriculture Education and Real Estate. John joined Old Dominion Realty in 2004 as a professional Realtor and Auctioneer. He is experienced in selling residential, farm, commercial, and complex properties. He is licensed as an Auctioneer and Realtor in Virginia and West Virginia. John has been the top selling agent at Old Dominion Realty since 2009. He has been consistently one of the areas top agents, and in the Top 1% of the Harrisonburg- Rockingham Association of Realtors.
