John’s expertise and core focus is the acquisition and disposition of net leased properties throughout Texas and nationwide. With a background in retail operations, commercial real estate investing, financial and market trend analysis, and other entrepreneurial pursuits; John is a driven, dynamic sales professional with a desire to listen to his clients’ needs, problem solve, and work all projects with an expertise and dedication that delivers performance driven results. He brings an ability to think outside the box and implement creative strategies to the HighStreet Net Lease Group brokerage team. John’s emphasis on client satisfaction, building long term relationships, and a determination to maximize immediate and future returns for his clients in every transaction, have been key factors in his success. Before joining HighStreet John worked with a rapidly growing full-service commercial real estate firm based in Houston, where he focused on retail investment sales & leasing transactions across a broad spectrum of uses and locations. Prior to embarking on his real estate brokerage career, John owned and operated a successful flooring business in Houston that he started at a young age. His many years as a small business owner helped instill an impeccable work ethic, and the irreplaceable character traits of integrity, an exceptional commitment to clients, and problem-solving skills that have helped John achieve great success. John has a passion for commercial real estate and the many strategic wealth building opportunities it offers to investors. John holds a Texas Real Estate Commission salesperson license, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), and CCIM Houston Gulf Coast Chapter. John is a native Houstonian and has a passion for helping others. John and his wife, Maryam, have 3 children and enjoy experiencing new adventures, great food, and spending time with family.
