John Akleh

John Akleh is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in psychology, finance, and real estate. He holds a psychology degree from Syracuse University and a master's in real estate finance from NYU Schack Institute. Initiating his real estate journey at the age of 18, John served as an advisor and managing director for properties in prominent locations such as Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Miami. Post-graduation from Syracuse University, he expanded his knowledge through courses at CUNY and NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, focusing on psychology and finance. In a pivotal step, John undertook a year-long internship and assistant position with the Vice President of Marcus and Millichap at the New York Branch. In 2010, he officially obtained his real estate license and assumed key roles at City Solutions and Area New York, where he oversaw the commercial division for both sister companies located on Water Street. Following the conclusion of his contract, John, in collaboration with his brother William, established Sido New York Real Estate, named in homage to their father Elias's family restaurant business. Currently serving as the CEO, John continues to contribute as an advisor and has maintained his real estate license in the state of Florida since March 2020.
