Joey Morganthall

Joey joined MPV Properties in August 2008 after graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in business administration and communication studies. Joey started his career in Wilmington, NC working for Zimmer Development Company. Joey specializes in landlord representation throughout North and South Carolina. He has been involved in leasing neighborhood strip centers, free standing buildings, industrial space, and office projects. Joey also has assisted in site selection for grocery anchored centers, land acquisitions and, investment property sales. Joey is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds broker licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. A sports enthusiast, Joey plays soccer and tennis competitively in the Charlotte area, and enjoys golf and fishing during his free time.
