Joey McSweeney

Joey is a real estate advisor at CBRE after two years overseeing the company’s Market Research department in the Silicon Valley. Given his strong background in research and forecasting, he is able to provide high level statistical and economic projections as part of his expertise in advising clients. Joey and his team focus on representing tenants and institutional ownership. He brings extensive knowledge of the market and applies a creative approach to occupancy strategy that simplifies the real estate process while providing an in-depth analysis of each client’s business objectives and keeping their needs at the forefront. Prior to joining CBRE, Joey was a Territory Manager for Core-Mark International. He was the youngest employee ever hired for the position. In this role, he was recognized as one of the top sales professionals across the company.
