JoElle Harvey

Virginia native, JoElle grew up in Gloucester County and has enjoyed the benefits of living in this beautiful area rich in history, and surrounded by the many waterways of the Chesapeake Bay. JoElle began her real estate career in 2008, after being a public school teacher in Gloucester County. She graduated from Gloucester High and received her B.S. in Business Administration from CNU. JoElle is the Principal Broker and Owner of Patsy Hall Realty Inc., and is a member of the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Information Network. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR). JoElle also has experience in Real Estate Development/Investing and works with local custom builders assisting with new construction. JoElle has received numerous awards during her career including "Sales Excellence", "Rookie of the Year" (2009), Coastal Virginia "Five Star Professional Awards", "Top 300 Real Producers" among Peninsula Realtors (2022/2023), and CBRAR Honor Society Recipient (2022). She has served on the Board for the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of Realtors, and as Treasurer for the Kiwanis Club, Gloucester chapter. JoElle understands the great responsibilities involved in assisting clients through the process of purchasing their dream home or selling their family home with years of priceless memories. She is experienced in all facets of the Real Estate process and wants to assist in making the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her compassion, accomplished work ethic, and dedication help ensure her clients are happy and reach their real estate goals. JoElle takes great pride in forming bonding relationships that will last a lifetime and lead to referrals with family and friends. JoElle and her husband Mark raised their family in Gloucester. She enjoys spending time outdoors, on the water with her family, and vacationing in the Outer Banks. She and her husband have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren.
