Joel Yungen

Joel Yungen is Senior Vice President and member of JLL's Industry 4.0 Team based out of Silicon Valley. Joel applies a value driven approach to develop custom-tailored solutions to advise clients in the flex/RD, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. His experience spans a range of complex projects in commercial real estate including site selection for industrial development sites, portfolio valuations and property tax consultations in addition to his core business of project leasing and tenant representation. With a broad base of knowledge developed over 15 years of experience as a commercial real estate valuation expert and leasing agent, Joel excels in identifying value driven opportunities and producing dynamic solutions for his clients. JLL’s national and global platforms allow him to leverage his real estate knowledge and expand his reach to advise his clients on a large scale. Experience Prior to JLL, Joel was a vice president (sale/leasing) and former partner in the Appraisal and Property Tax Division at an international commercial real estate brokerage firm. Education and Affiliations Joel graduated from Washington & Jefferson College where he earned a degree in Business Administration. Personal Joel lives in San Jose, CA with his wife, two children and three dogs. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing and hiking in his off-time.
