Joel Michael is a Partner with the Industrial Brokerage Services division of Partners. Joel has been involved in the real estate industry for over 23 years and joined Partners in March 2003. Prior to joining Partners, Joel was an industrial sales/leasing broker for Moody Rambin Interests. Joel has closed in excess of 300 acres of industrial land during the past two years. Servicing the needs of both local and national firms, Joel recognizes that each client is unique with individual requirements.
