Joel Meyer

Joel Meyer is a Broker at Intelica CRETM. Meyer primarily focuses on business development in the local industrial and office markets. He teamed up with the principals of Intelica CRE to increase their presence in sales, leasing, and tenant representation. Joel has been with Intelica CRE since 2014, focusing mainly in the office and industrial markets with emphasis on landlord representation, project leasing, tenant representation, contract negotiation and site selection. Since joining Intelica CRE, Joel has closed in excess of $25 million in transactions. Joel’s focus is on providing turnkey real estate solutions to corporate clients including: Bamboo Equity Partners, USPI, Surgery Partners and Green Mountain Holdings to name a few. Meyer’s success stems from his strong knowledge of professional office and industrial markets. Meyer is licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission, and currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM).
