Joel Maimon is a Senior Managing Director at the firm’s Oakland office. In 2017 and 2019, Joel received a Real Estate Deal of the Year award from the San Francisco Business Times. Joel was honored as the No. 1 agent in Newmark’s Oakland office in 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2017. Joel has consistently been a Top 5 Agent in the Oakland office.
