Joel Harber

As President of Reynolds Capital, Joel has overseen and directed the sales, leasing, and development efforts for numerous medical office, professional office, student living, and retail projects across the south. The Athens, Georgia, native obtained his bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate broker. Prior to his real estate career, Joel managed an executive search firm in Atlanta, Georgia. His background includes over twenty years of business experience in both real estate and consulting dealing mostly with Fortune 500 companies, physician groups and health care executives. In addition to his tireless efforts in the business world, Joel is a passionate philanthropist involved with several animal rescue organizations. He also enjoys playing golf, sailing, nature conservation and adventure travel in his spare time.
