Joe Zumpano began his career as an entrepreneur, turned educator, earning a Masters Degree from Baldwin Wallace and now utilizing both practices and skill-sets as the managing director of Hoff & Leigh Cleveland. During his time as an educator & entrepreneur, he co-founded and engineer an innovative active shooter lockdown system, Door Lock-Down Systems, LLC in 2013. In 2004, after graduating from the University of Akron, Joe began his real estate investment career, Zumpano Properties LLC, today consisting of residential and commercial investment properties. Joe is passionate about Cleveland real estate, connecting clients with unique opportunities otherwise unknown, based on his relationships and focus on the NE Ohio market. He’s represented national, international and local clients in a diverse set of successful acquisitions, leases and investments. He is recognized in several professional organizations and utilizes this network to serve his clients.
