Joe has specialized as an industrial broker in the San Francisco East Bay since 2005, and has completed over 2,000 lease and sale transactions. His focus is primarily along the I-880 Corridor, with a total transaction volume over $1 Billion. Joe’s first priority as a real estate broker is to understand the specific needs and concerns of his clients. He takes an unique analytical, data-driven approach to evaluating commercial real estate transactions. Joe’s institutional clients include Prologis, LBA, Blackcreek, Fortress, First Industrial, Exeter and Harsch Investments, among others.
