Joe Wagner

Joe Wagner joined Boston Realty Advisors in 2017 as an Associate Director on the Retail Team. He specializes in retail leasing and sales, advising on both sides of transactions. Joe has worked on some of Boston’s most premier retail projects such as The Newbury Collection for Jamestown, Faneuil Hall for Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, and High Street Place for The Rockpoint Group. He has also represented tenants such as Anoush’ella, Broadway Restaurant Group, gorjana, Jaho Coffee, Maruichi Japanese Market, Moose Knuckles, Needham Bank, Semper Laser and Urban Axes. Prior to joining BRA, Joe spent time in the tech sector, working with data analytics and business intelligence for the San Francisco based retailer Timbuk2. Joe received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pitzer College, where he played four years of varsity golf for the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens. Outside of the office, he enjoys staying active and working on his Mandarin language skills. Joe was born and raised in Weston, MA and currently resides in Boston’s South End.
